Barton , saying that the "Symphonie" has not yet been arranged for piano and that he has been quite lazy in not revising for publication the version for piano four-hands, that he will do so on his return to Paris, that he has conducted the symphony in Berlin, Moscow, Marseille, and Rome, mentioning Maillard, [Wagner's] Siegfried [at the Opéra], etc.
